We accept all major credit cards and e-checks through Paypa our secure and encrypted shopping cart provider. Internationa and overseas buyers will be required to use Paypal. Payment is due at time of purchase. You do not have to be registered with Paypal to make a purchase through them.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Tuscan Country Home Designs endeavors to keep down shipping costs and wil glady combine shipping on multiply purchases made at the same time and shipped to the same address. We us USPS, priority mail. Shipping rates ae provided for the 48 contiguous states. Over seas and international shipping will be quoted after the sale, or email us for a quote prior to making a purchase @ www.tusccountryhm@aol.com. Insurance is optional on all purchases.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us and we wil resolve the issue. Please contact us for returns or exchanges before mailing. All returns & exchanges must be returned within 30days of purchase date. Remember to include your packing slip with returns. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Any claim for damaged goods (DUE TO SHIPPING ONLY) must be e-mailed to us immediatly for a return authorization number. The customer is responsible to return all packaging and the original product in order to receive a refund. No refund wi be processed until the origianl item is returned.
